What people say

I can't share client feedback — that's the nature of the work.
But I can share what colleagues and professional contacts
have said about working with me.

Therapy isn't about fixing.
It's about understanding and honouring the
felt experience.

I don't have a formula. I have you. Your story, your body, your way of making sense of the world. Creative Arts Therapy is a way of working that goes beyond words. Sometimes, when things feel stuck or impossible to name, we use images, movement or objects to find a way in. It's about creating a space where you can be seen and heard in all your complexity, finding the threads of meaning that help you move forward with more clarity and compassion for yourself.
